You are not failing.
You are navigating something complex.

Most ASD parents don’t struggle because they’re doing something wrong. They struggle because they’ve been carrying guilt that was never theirs to begin with.

Lakshmi Ramamurthy, Parent Coach

My Story & Why I Do what I do

I know guilt because I carried it too

I am the mother of an autistic son along with a typically developing daughter. When Vivan was born, I remember the constant second-guessing. Why me? Is this my fault?

I tried to hold it all together while quietly blaming myself for things I didn’t understand yet. The unknown felt hollow and overwhelming. The guilt was heavy and it made everything harder: decision-making (personal and professional), advocacy, even moments of joy.

I realised it wasn’t about becoming a “better” parent. It was learning how to release guilt and build resilience. That shift changed everything.

Coping as a family

Our family of four learn resilience every day. Our journey is shaped by countless moments that make us pause, reframe and grow in new and unexpected ways.

Parenting in a neurodiverse family isn’t about having all the answers; it’s about showing up with patience, flexibility and compassion for each other and ourselves. Through challenges and joys alike, we’ve learned to honour each child’s individuality while strengthening ourselves as parents.

HOW I CAN HELP

As an ASD parent coach, I support parents who are exactly where I once was

I help parents move from guilt and self-doubt into steadiness, confidence and emotional resilience. Not by fixing their child. Not by telling them what they should do. But by walking alongside them as they reconnect with their own wisdom and capacity.

I don’t diagnose or provide therapy. What I offer is grounded, human support from someone who truly understands the emotional landscape of ASD parenting.

You don't have to do this alone

If you’re ready to move from survival mode onto steadier ground, I’m here to walk alongside you. This is a space where you are seen, respected and supported exactly as you are.

When guilt loosens its grip, resilience grows.
When resilience grows, decisions feel clearer.
When clarity returns, confidence follows.

You don’t become a different parent. You become a more supported one.

"I can help you build a calm, connected and joyful family life."
